Please improve management and the mental health in the students. The discipline here isn’t good either, although they can express themselves, some students will do something unimaginable. Teen and kids here get bullied. Some of the teachers doesn’t even speak english that well. There’s a lot of events that stress the kids out. Management is bad. Teachers need improvements

As a student of Sri Desa for nearly 4 years, I can confidently say it’s the best environment to learn and grow. The school doesn’t just solely focus on academics, they also focus on sports, social skills, and other important values that help us grow different ways.
Since I’ve came to this school, I’ve met many new people whom I now see as my best friends. My grades have also improved tremendously as the teachers here are patient and always find different ways to help us.
Because of Sri Desa, I got the chance to try new sports and activities, to learn under commited and helpful teachers, and to create new bonds with others. I’ve grown to be a more confident and open-minded person and I’m grateful and lucky to be part of this community.

When i first joined the school i was skeptical about whether i made the correct decision about leaving my old school to join this one, but after a week i was sure that i had made the right choice. The students and teachers in this school are very welcoming. The teachers are extremely invested in the success of the students and they foster curiosity by encouraging questions. This is the reason why i went from a C student to a A student. Additionally the PE program is the best i have seen. They get private coaches for each sport and each year you get to try all the sports so you can find the perfect one for you

As a parent of a 11-year-old currently pursuing Year 7 at Sri Desa International School, I’m here to vouch that the school truly prioritizes students’ well-being above all else.
They have a good anti-bullying policy, and swift actions are taken when issues arise. For example, students who engage in name-calling or use vulgar language are held accountable through a structured card punishment system. Additionally, teachers are regularly evaluated to improve the quality of teaching and maintain the highest standards expected of an educator. This has contributed to creating a safe environment for the children.
On another note, I’m impressed with the well-structured syllabus — all topics are clearly outlined from day one. and students are informed clearly on what is expected to learn weekly. The best part is that no text or workbooks are left unused, and a detention system is implemented for students who do not submit their homework on time. My son has since become a more independent learner and now finishes his homework on time. The periodic topic tests also help students assess their learning and keep parents informed about their child’s progress.
I’m writing this review because the school truly deserves it.

From the moment I joined Sri Desa, I was struck by how welcoming and supportive the students were. They’re not only kind and inclusive but also morally grounded and academically driven. Before enrolling here, my grades were below average, but with the guidance and encouragement of the teachers, I saw a remarkable improvement
The teachers at Sri Desa are genuinely committed to our success. They provide continuous support, clear guidance, and plenty of practice materials that really helped me thrive. What I appreciate most is how the school promotes a growth mindset. It’s pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, try new sports, join different CCAs, and take part in various school activities. Because of this environment, I’ve grown into a more confident and capable version of myself.

Sri Desa has a generally positive and welcoming environment. In terms of cleanliness, the school is well-maintained. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly, although sometimes they could use more attention during busy days. However, a few students don’t always use them properly.
Most students are friendly and work well together. Teachers and staff are approachable and supportive, and they do a great job creating a safe and respectful environment. There are occasional issues with behavior, like minor arguments or littering, but these are usually handled quickly and fairly.
My experience with the school are at ease thanks to the teachers and friends guiding me to success. I don’t have any regrets joining this school and will continue to thrive in the school grounds.

I’ve been here for about two years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions ever made for my education. Back in primary school, I struggled with low grades and had little motivation to study. But something about Sri Desa sparked a change. The supportive environment created by the teachers and students inspired me to see things differently.
The teachers are incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely care about your growth. They gave me the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and believe in myself. Thanks to them, my academic performance has improved significantly.
The students here are just as amazing — kind, welcoming, and always there when you need a friend. Whether you’re celebrating a win or going through something tough, there’s always someone by your side.
Sri Desa has become more than a school to me — it’s a second home. A place where I’ve grown, thrived, and learned to believe in myself. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a school that truly nurtures and supports every student.

Fantastic school!! is a single word that I can say about Erudite and we as parents are happy in choosing the right atmosphere for our daughter.
All the teaching staff are doing a great job in online classes and the efforts that goes in from all the staff to make it a happy and engaging environment is amazing.
All the teachers are encouraging kids to participate in a variety of activities and giving them opportunity to showcase their other talents like singing, dancing, art & crafts etc., and the best part is the “revision” of subjects, which is done as a “game” that makes both teaching & learning a fun activity and it enhances teacher-student relationship.
I want to say thanks to all the teachers for their support and Principals hard work behind the screens often go unnoticed so, a special thanks to him for his visionary leadership. Wish you all the success and keep up the good work.

I am willing to give a (5) five-star rating mainly for the friendly environment and the management staff, but definitely not for the teaching quality.
The teaching methods, especially in upper-level classes, need a lot of improvement.
The principal or a dedicated quality control supervisor needs to monitor how teachers conduct their lessons daily rather than simply allowing them to mark homework books during class time.
Teachers play a crucial role in inspiring and shaping the futures of their students. Their responsibilities extend beyond simply reading questions and assigning homework, they should actively engage with their students in the classroom.
A teacher’s role encompasses much more than that of a facilitator, they hold a significant responsibility that is deeply trusted by both parents and students. By fully embracing this role, teachers can greatly influence the lives of the individuals they educate. (The teacher should be able to demonstrate to students examples of how to answer specific questions; ie: If it’s math-related, it’s a must to show the workings of the answers to help them understand mathematics effectively)
They also need to help students who have trouble with certain questions instead of skipping over and leaving the books unfinished.
I would like to ask the principal or quality control supervisor if they have ever checked how teachers finish the books before exams and whether they cover all the content.
It would be helpful for the principal or quality control manager to observe classrooms to see if students understand what they’re learning because it’s the teacher’s job to make sure every student comprehends the subject well.
The school admissions (management) team should work more efficiently to identify gaps in student knowledge and provide timely updates on upcoming activities.
Students and teachers should not be allowed to go out for McDonald’s together during school hours.
A teacher must maintain respect between themselves and the students.
Additionally, the school needs to inform the right people or authorities about cleaning up the parking lot since it looks messy and gives a bad impression of the school.
Moreover, please consider limiting the number of students in each classroom, as they are small and overcrowded, which might cause health issues due to proximity and unpleasant odors from sweating or other reasons.
Honestly, some classes have too many students for their size.
Again, this isn’t a complaint but rather a suggestion for improvement because we genuinely care about this school and its management. With some effort, this school could become one of the best in Malaysia.

Unfortunately, we had to withdraw our 8yo son from CIS because he was unhappy studying there. He frequently expressed not wanting to go to school, which was concerning. The teachers seemed to lack passion in fostering a positive learning environment or developing strong character in the students. We had hoped for a more supportive and engaging atmosphere, but unfortunately, that was not the case. So we move on to another school.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several issues at our school that have been affecting the students’ well-being and learning environment. As a member of the school community, I believe it is crucial to address these matters promptly for the betterment of our educational institution.Firstly, I would like to address the quality of food provided in the school cafeteria. It has come to my attention, along with several other students and parents, that the quality of food served is substandard and does not meet basic nutritional standards. As a result, students are not receiving the nourishment they need to focus and thrive in their academic pursuits. I urge the school administration to prioritize the improvement of the food quality to ensure the health and well-being of all students.Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the restrictive policies enforced by the school librarian, particularly concerning students’ freedom to discuss and collaborate. It has been brought to my attention that students are being discouraged from engaging in meaningful discussions and are not allowed to sit together in the library. This hinders the students’ ability to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other, which are essential aspects of their academic growth and development.Additionally, I must address the concerning behavior of one of the English teachers, who appears to exhibit bias and unfair treatment towards certain students. It has been observed that this teacher unfairly targets students whom they perceive as “bad,” regardless of the circumstances. For instance, if a “bad” student engages in a conversation initiated by a “good” student, the teacher unjustly punishes only the “bad” student, while ignoring the behavior of the other student involved. This discriminatory treatment creates a hostile learning environment and undermines the principles of fairness and equality that should be upheld in our school.I strongly urge the school administration to investigate these issues thoroughly and take appropriate actions to address them. It is imperative that our school fosters an environment that promotes healthy eating habits, encourages open communication and collaboration among students, and ensures fair and equitable treatment of all students.Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps that will be taken to resolve these concerns and improve the overall learning experience for all students at our school.
