下午來到了當地最大的清真寺，也最能代表回教徒的聖地。如果非回教徒要進去參觀，記得要走到特定的一個入口，有提供免費的裹布才能進去。
裡面的地板是大理石磨光的，剛好當天下午遇到突然很大的午後雷陣雨，所以地板會積水也會很滑，要小心注意安全。
整體的環境是採半開方式的，所以很通風也很涼爽，也很有中東的特色，或許這樣就能讓人們能在清真寺裏面休息、冥想、頓悟人生。
禮拜堂裡面有開冷氣，也有鋪地毯，和安排解說人員進行解說。但如果不是回教徒的話，只能在特定區域裡面坐著跟體驗禮拜堂的氛圍。
整體給人的感覺是舒服、寧靜、與祥和的。也剛好遇到當天有人在裡面結婚和進行例行的禮拜，感受了一下回教徒的生活與大禮儀式。

Tip: Check the visiting hours in advance, as there are specific times for tourists around prayer sessions. Dress modestly for the visit — if you forget, the mosque provides appropriate clothing to ensure respectful attire.

我是從Batu Caves搭乘grab過去，大約15公里，車資30元。到了之後大約下午一點，當時碰到大雨，然後也不知道進去參觀有管制，就悠閒地沿著清真寺外圍走走，欣賞吉隆坡新舊交錯的城市天際線，後來找餐廳意外進到沒有預期的伊斯蘭美術館（非常推薦），逛到四點多才回來逛清真寺。
清真寺有無料公有洗手間，有需要的朋友可以利用，需要脫鞋，不過有提供脫鞋。
清真寺整理的非常乾淨，祈禱堂裡挑高的天花板的確讓人瞬間肅然起敬，當然冷氣比較強也有可能。我也很喜歡外面支柱造成的光影，還有一個提供拍照城市天際線的打卡點。

Didn’t attend mass but came to have a look. It’s a really beautiful and unique church. I’ve been to many Catholic churches around the world and haven’t seen anything like this before. It’s very modern and minimalistic inside with the stages of the cross in white, and some beautiful contemporary stained glass behind the altar. There’s big screens on either side of the altar too. Mass must be very special here. ️⛪➕

I usually visited St. John’s Cathedral in Kuala Lumpur and was struck by its quiet beauty and sense of peace in the middle of the bustling city. Tucked away near Bukit Nanas, this historic Roman Catholic church offers a calm, reflective space with simple yet elegant architecture—whitewashed walls, stained glass windows, and a warm, welcoming interior. The atmosphere inside was serene, whether during Mass or just a quiet moment of prayer. It’s not just a religious site but also a meaningful cultural landmark, reflecting KL’s spiritual diversity. A beautiful Church with very helpful parishioners serving as wardens.

However they have a parish priest with a rotten attitude towards visitors.

I was asked by another family to click their pictures after mass and was obliging when he came in creating an issue for standing too close to the graves, which are incidentally placed on the walkway of the Church.

Why bury people in the center of the aisles if everyone walks there anyway? Or why not be more accommodating like other Parish Priests and show some decency to visitors? Hypocrisy at it’s finest.

I love that St. John’s Cathedral is an inclusive church where Catholics of all races are gathered here and united. The different masses officiated in different languages are impressive. Kudos to a well-managed church.

Nice environment inside, no AC but enough BIG fan inside. Maybe you can had a little bit struggled to find parking lot if you are late from their mass schedule. Advised to come earlier.

Beautiful temple, bright and colourful with excellent views of KL. Definitely worth the walk up! Gift shop with affordable souvenirs below. It’s a place of worship so you should dress modestly ideally covering your shoulders and knees.

Do visit this church when you are in KL. It is a place where you can spend time with Jesus – even for few minutes. Architecture (gothic I think) is old but well maintained. You can take a photo of the facade with the Merdeka bldg in the background.
It houses a first class relic of Saint Anthony. Blessed salt and oil and holy water are available. Don’t forget to light a candle at Mama Mary’grotto before heading to your next destination. Prayer has immeasurable power.

我来到了圣安东尼堂参观，哥特式建筑风格很有特色，很庄严气派，院子里面花草树木，有一股清凉的风，很惬意，教堂里面一排排整齐的座椅，庄显出这里的神圣，非常优美值得拜访有意义的一次参观。

One of the most beautiful mosques I’ve ever visited!

The architecture is absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of modern design with traditional Islamic elements. The pink dome and lakeside location make it very unique and peaceful. The mosque is well maintained, clean, and very welcoming for both locals and tourists.

There’s a large prayer hall with excellent facilities, and the management is very organized. Non-Muslim visitors also have access with proper arrangements, which shows the spirit of inclusiveness.

The surrounding area is equally beautiful with the lake, gardens, and Putrajaya city views — perfect for photography. Parking is convenient, and there are also nearby food options.

If you’re visiting Putrajaya or even Kuala Lumpur, this place is a must-see. It’s not only a spiritual experience but also an architectural landmark of Malaysia.

A truly beautiful mosque with its stunning pink interior, they even provide matching pink mukenah for prayers, which I found really thoughtful. The mosque is well organized, with a designated area for Muslims to pray and a separate section for visitors that shares insightful information about Islam.

When I visited, the atmosphere felt calm and respectful. I also appreciated how respectful the non Muslim tourists were, wearing the covering robes provided as a sign of courtesy while inside the mosque.

No tickets. Beautiful outside, quite empty inside. This mosque maintains good discipline and environment for prayers. Travelers limited in a right relative small part. It’s completely reasonable to set like this. But at the same time, travelers don’t expect to experience and feel “in” the mosque and be with prayers. There is a man who can answer your relevant questions about Islam. Still a good experience.

綺麗で観光しやすいピンクのモスクです。

新しい行政の中心地プトラジャヤエリアにあり、観光バスなどもよく来ています。
2025年9月時点で入場料などはなく、正面から入って右手にて靴を預けます。
モスク名が書いたフード付きの布も無料で借りれました。

モスク内部の見学は建物の正面やや右に観光客向けのスペースが設けられていました。
中は涼しく、非常に快適でした。
写真好きとしては、観光客向けエリアからは内部のドームを正中心から撮影できなかったことだけ少し心残りです。
3度目のクアラルンプールにして知り合いを観光案内する過程で初めて訪問しました。
中心地観光も良いですが、迫力もあり清潔で観光しやすいのでおすすめです。

内部にトイレはないと言われました。

外観は正面から向かって左手の川沿いから撮影するのが良さそうです。
定番はリバークルーズで眺めるルートのようです。

Just around the corner from my hotel is this amazing Ganesha Temple and my luck they had a ceremony today. I joined took off my shoes and socks went inside learnt a lot. Did 9 times around the shrine. Loved it very pleasing and calming

This prayer is done once a year for Lord Ganesar as of his BIRTHDAY. This is the time u can see HINDUS flock to the temple to full fill their wishes. Event hough the prayers are done daily but not of this date.

I’m completely blown away by the divine vibes at this place! The energy is palpable, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. It’s like stepping into a different world, where all your worries and stress just melt away.

This is a Great Temple of Lord Ganesha. You will find many shops nearby the temple for buying flowers, Agarbatti, etc. It’s a peaceful place, Amazing shrine. Had a wonderful and blessed morning.

Very peaceful place and near by to KL tower

My 1st time to visit this church in celebration of our Lady of Fatima Feast which falls on the 13th of May (up to 13 Oct. Also had a glimpse of the holy relic of St. Mother Teresa which is a drop of her blood. Worth a visit for reflection and prayers.

Absolute Bliss. The church was compact and good. Couldn’t explore the premise as it was raining during my visit. Beautiful church in one of the most busy places in the locality.

-Clean and well-maintained facilities, with friendly staff.

A remarkable mosque that combines modern architecture with serenity. Its lakeside location and steel structure make it one of the most iconic landmarks in Putrajaya. Worth visiting for both prayers and sightseeing.

My wife and I visited this mosque on our last day in Malaysia as we chose this country for our honeymoon! The security guards at the front and the second floor were very welcoming and we even had a small chat about marriage and joked around with one another. It led for an amazing experience inside the rest of the mosque as it is absolutely stunning! We even got the chance to pray Asr here and I loved every moment of it!

The inside is incredibly serene, and the breeze flowing through the space made it such a comfortable visit, especially in the hot weather.

The mosque sits right next to the water, and the view outside is absolutely worth taking time to enjoy. We were able to take pictures freely, and since it wasn’t too crowded when we went, it felt very calm and reflective.

NOTE: We went around 4pm and it was a perfect time—the lighting was beautiful and the temperature was manageable. Just be mindful to dress modestly (they do offer robes if needed), and bring water! There are no tickets or entry fee!

This was honestly the most beautiful mosque I visited during my trip to Kuala Lumpur!

Also known as the Steel Mosque, it gets its name from its unique design — 70% of the structure is made from steel. One of the most interesting features is that it has no doors or windows, which allows a fresh breeze to flow through the space. The breeze reflects off the infinity pools that surround three sides of the mosque (all except the entrance), adding a natural cooling effect and a peaceful ambiance.

I visited during Friday prayer, and the atmosphere was absolutely immaculate — calm, respectful, and deeply moving.

I highly recommend visiting this mosque and exploring the surrounding area. It’s a truly memorable experience.

One of the best Hanuman Temple I have ever seen. This temple seems very powerful and one can feel the aura inside the premises. There are hundreds of beautifully sculptured Lord Hanuman inside this temple. Pooja and Archana performed here properly. You can spend some time in this temple and can feel inner peace and blessed

The architecture and cleanliness are impressive. The priests are South Indian, and there are two more temples nearby. The place offers a true sense of peace.

This was my first visit, and the temple was indeed beautifully done up and the overall architecture was great.

It’s very clean. Beautiful temple.. very very peaceful and well designed. I respect it so much. But i don’t respect the person in the reception. I’m wearing a long dress and he forced me to pay 2renggit for this orange kind of skirt. Because according to him women should do that.. he will get paid 20cents for holding your shoes too. I have no comment about the temple because it’s gorgeous and worth visiting

A very beautiful temple! It looks like the ones in storybooks, with lots of brightly colored characters. I didn’t like that you have to take off your shoes. It’s OK for the inside of the temple itself, but it’s not OK for the inner courtyard, where it’s dusty just like on the sidewalk.

This Hindu temple is one of the most vibrant and visually stunning places I’ve ever visited. The moment you stand in front of the entrance, you’re struck by the colorful and detailed tower gate (gopuram) that rises high above the street. Covered in hundreds of intricately carved and painted deities, the facade is a masterpiece of South Indian Dravidian architecture.

As you step inside, the atmosphere changes instantly—peaceful, spiritual, and filled with the scent of incense. The interior is equally beautiful, with shrines dedicated to various Hindu deities, including Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Durga. Every statue is decorated with fresh flowers and silk garments, and the attention to detail is absolutely incredible.

What I found especially touching was how the space is open to both worshippers and curious visitors. People were taking photos respectfully, while others offered prayers or lit incense. It felt like a sacred place that also welcomed cultural exchange.

One of KL’s most stunning and culturally rich landmarks! Built in the 1870s, this is the oldest Hindu temple in the city, and it still plays an important role in the local Tamil community’s religious life.

The temple’s highlight is its incredibly detailed gopuram (tower), covered in hundreds of brightly coloured deities and mythological figures — it’s impossible to walk past without stopping to look up.
