Horrible experience, beware of this one agent named Lavine Beh she's such a scammer. Very quick to chase you for money but when time comes to give the deposit back she will ignore all the messages. And allows landlords to violate TA as they see fit and also tries to extract money from tenants as much as possible. Last tenancy we only got 25% of the deposit back because of her unprofessionalism. Reputable companies should not be hiring such incompetent people.
