Most terrible management team ever !!! Block my keycard without any notification !!! I’m not sure if they have the right to do it , might consider legal action toward them .
A customer service drop a message morning 07:40 claim that I did not return the access card but matter of fact I have drop to the machine access card and it was no able to response and no security at all at main building at 20:55 pm at that hours to access . I have calling security then only at lower lobby turn up and open the door to me after 3 min and have course me unable to collect my car at valet . When i received such whatapps message in the morning how would you feel without investigation the matter is your fault yet blaming people did not return back . This kind of management and customer service just know how to drop message but cannot response after calling more then 10 times
Amazing experience working the past few years with the Knight Frank team , especially Naythan who has proactively followed up on all matters in regards to collaboration, addressed concerns effectively and ensured every project is carefully managed from start to finish. I have logged about a leaking issue to mgt office managed by Knight Frank at Fennel Sentul East since March 2022 and nothing has been done so far at all. I really don't know what to do already and this is very very frustrating for me. Everytime I have to travel to Fennel because MO ignores all my messages on the app and don't reply emails and don't pick up calls. Already half year and this is causing my family and I huge misery. Please help seriously, I am already desperate on the matter. If management intention is to runaway escape and avoid this obligation and want me to pay everything myself then just be straightforward with me
