I recently joined the 7D5N trip covering Changsha, Phoenix & Furong Town, Tianmen Hill, Zhangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, and the Grand Canyon — and it was a truly memorable experience!

Our tour leader Leo was exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout the journey, always making sure everyone was comfortable and informed. Special shoutout to 吴藏(阿藏哥), our local guide, who was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and responsible — he really added a personal touch to the tour.

The itinerary was well-organized and covered many iconic spots. It was definitely a bit tiring at times (lots of steps and walking!), but absolutely fun and worth it. The food was decent, although not fully suited to our personal taste — still, we appreciated the variety offered. Hotels were generally comfortable and met our expectations.

Last but not least, our bus driver deserves a mention too — professional, calm, and always ready to lend a hand.

One of the best parts of this trip was the people — we had a lovely group of tour members who were kind, cooperative, and made the journey even more enjoyable.

Overall, I’m happy and quite satisfied with this trip. A great balance of nature, culture, and adventure. Would recommend it to others looking for a well-guided and scenic journey through this beautiful part of China!

Throughout the entire trip , everything was smooth and well-coordinated.

Joanne was incredibly helpful in arranging all the details beforehand — flights, accommodation, and connecting us with the right people on the ground. Communication was prompt and efficient, making the whole process stress-free.

Once we arrived in China, Xiao Lee ( Ms Lee Yue Hong) was equally fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our needs. We just come back from our Yunnan 9 days 8 nights trip .. it was a great experience and enjoyable trip. At the beginning we are worried because my mother in law who is 78 years old together with most of the travellers are 60 and 70 + year old .. Fortunately we met a great tour guide Ms Lai Wan Yee, she is patient , caring and professional to ensure everyone are safe and enjoy the trip.. it was an amazing experience and achievement where all of us are managed to reach yulong snow mountain, lijiang, Shangri-la, balagezong, etc with zero incident .. a big thumb up for all Ah Ma who joined and completed the long mountain walk and climbing .. also not to forget their local tour guide xiao yang , zuo ker yi xi , jia jia and all bus driver for their hardwork and corporation.. I will definitely choose Beeflyz for our next trip with Wan Yee again. Really it is unforgettable and wonderful trip.

Just returned from a fantastic 9-days Yunnan trip (12–20 May 2025), and it was great experience. Our tour leader, Ace, was incredibly attentive—she went above and beyond to ensure every group member is taken care of and also need to special highlight that she took good care of my old age mother.

However, there are also things which I think should be improve such as the selection of hotel can be better. The food provided was generous but i hope that the varieties can be different as we seems to have similar food for every meal. Although the tour do not have shopping stop but the local tour agent do sell some local products and it is optional whether to buy or not.

I recently joined the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macau tour from September 19th to 25th. I have mixed feelings about this trip, as it was my first time engaging a travel agency for my travels. I am unsure whether the rushed pace is typical of guided tours or specific to this itinerary. There were definite ups and downs, and, of course, significant room for improvement.

Furthermore, the efforts of our China Tour Guide, Mr. Ho, and our Team Lead, Mrs. Sue, were exceptional. They did a great job in managing the group. I would rate 5 stars just for the two of them!

The main downside was experienced especially during our Hong Kong trip. Everything felt very rushed, and the Hong Kong tour guide could have been more passionate. In some locations, he simply told us how to get there and left us to explore ourselves, which was quite confusing. The entire day was so rushed that we had very limited time to explore the Avenue of Stars; my partner and I even had to run to catch up with the schedule. I strongly hope the itinerary can be improved.

Food-wise, I would say the meals were so-so. Only a few that amassed me: dimsum, 乳鸽. At times, I felt I could have found better restaurants in Malaysia. Most meals provided were hotel buffets (breakfasts) or formal grand restaurants (酒楼). I personally prefer somewhere more authentic, it doesn’t need to be fancy, but it should allow us to experience the real culture of the country through its food. Even a cozy small shop or highly recommended local roadside stall could better satisfy our taste buds. For Hong Kong and Macau, it was even worse; due to the rushed schedule, we didn’t get a chance to try any truly authentic local foods in either city.

Itinerary-wise, some places felt too rushed. I did not have enough time to browse or buy souvenirs, and I ultimately went home empty-handed. This makes me wonder if all travel agencies operate like this. I couldn’t enjoy the trip to the fullest because we spent most of our time traveling on the bus and rushed.

I understand the itinerary mentioned no shopping trips; however, I believe there was still a hidden one. We were told by our guides that visiting the watch museum was a compulsory trip set by the company. After the visit, we were taken into a room that sold their watches. The moment I stepped in, my thought was, “What a waste of time and money to bring us to such a place.”

An unfortunate part is that our trip was affected by a typhoon during the final two days. To us, this felt like a waste of money; we paid to enjoy and explore. The final two days covered Shenzhen, but I never even got to try local delicacies like 荔枝酥. Instead, we were limited to staying in the hotel. I hope the company can justify this situation or provide some compensation. Rather than simply remaining silent, the company should issue a formal explanation. While we understand the tour guide and team lead were just doing their best, we expect an explanation from the company itself. Otherwise, you risk losing many loyal customers, as I heard some participants on this tour had joined several times before under your company.

As a conclusion, the accommodations were great! However, significant improvements are required in terms of the itinerary, company policies, and food. The trip should be less rushed and include more authentic food experiences. Furthermore, be transparent about all potential costs. List out all the costs that customers need to know beforehand and let them decide whether to join. Be attentive to your clients; do not just collect the payment and then act unresponsive when issues arise. Thank you.

This review is for Majestic Beijing 1/3-7/3 2025, 7 days 5 night. The trip was honestly the most memorable one so far. The tour leader was Wendy Phang, her service was tiptop! Extremely friendly and attentive. We had a junior tour leader, Wei Xin, she was very helpful too, she behind all the little details that we didn’t notice. The local tour guide, Xiao Dong was a professional tour guide and very knowledgeable about Chinese histories.

Firstly, this Beijing trip, the accommodation was on point! Most memorable for me for the one in 古北水镇大酒店 in Gubei and the famous Sunrise Kempinski. The service and the design of both hotels were amazing. But my no 1, with no doubt, was the one in Gubei one. The vibes were immaculate, a classy hotel in a historical town

Overall, the meals were great, and up to my standards, even in the Gubei. My favourite was the infamous Peking Duck. This might be cliché but it was so good, I reminisce the taste from time to time.

Our tour guide, Shirley Xiao Li 肖莉 from Dali are a humorous, funny, storytelling and talkative person. In the bus, she will tell us many story about her hometown, her family members and history about China during World War 1 and 2. She will tell us whatever she knows. Even one of my family members met problem during boarding back to Malaysia, she will come and help to solve the problem.

Both tour leader and tour guide were good partner, they keep on making fun and jokes with us. I am feeling like all of us were like family. It is nice to make new friends. Now i know why many people keep on travel to China many times.
